Admin Polls

Well I'm sure I could and most likely would start this the same way that most people would start something like this. Anyone could tell you that they are here a lot. They know how the site works, what's going on, what they did with in the position they already have(if they have one), and all that other stuff. But really what's the point in that? What does it do except tell you, 'Oh yeah he/she's done all this stuff, but the question is how much of this is true and how much of it do I know is a bull sh!t lie'. Pardon my language but that's probably what most people in a job interview would be thinking.
Anyway seeing as I have to tell you some stuff about why I think I would be a good Admin. How I handle hardships or have handled them, and then initive I've taken on this site and others.
Well to start this I will say that I'm an admin on three sites(one of them I've actually created) and while these sites are fairly new, and I have very little experience in working with the Admin Panal, I'm a quick learner and can get into the swing of things fairly easily. Now as for dealing with past hardships and dealing with them..that might be what is going to kill my chances in this. Most of the time whenever I've had to deal with some kinda problem, the way I've dealt with it is pretty simple. First I would try and figure out the problem going on(unless I already know what it is) and then I would calmly try and take care of the problem. If the calm approach didn't work then I would just pull myself out of the problem and see how bad it is. If it didn't settle itself while I was just watching then I would insert myself back into the argument and try to stop it again. Every now and then the argument would get to me and then that would end with me just vanishing for a few minutes or so. Eventually though I would come back and try to setlle the argument again(unless its been settled while I vanised).
Ok, now that that is out of the way, I'll move on to my initive on this site or other sites. Well on this site I've tried to take initive on this site a few times....but it didn't work out as well I would like. But I think that I did pretty great on my character app for Nico. Whether that counts as initive I'm not sure...but I felt like stating it..I'm weird like that I guess. Anyway, while I haven't taken as much initive on this site as I would like, on one of the three sites that I'm an admin I practically set up the entire site plot for the site and pretty much run the site these days(This in part due to the fact that the founder of the site has pulled a Kendall and wont get on there consitently anymore.) And because of that fact, everyone is peeved off because we can't get the site plot started, because one of the founder's characters plays an important role in the plot and we can't get anything done. -_- Pretty lame right?
Oh well, I just have to say that this is the best I can come up with and I hope that I will get the admin position. Good luck and may the odds be ever in my favor.

Now the big question you may ask is why do you want to be a mod. Well the best way to put it is I used to be an admin(I know this is no reason for me being able to be it again), and I feel I did a decent job of being one while the site was still active, but then the site sort of declined, like no one ever came on anymore, so I sort of started to stay off also. Now I've come back though, and I orignally wanted to be a c-box mod to get back into the mood of the site, and I feel I have to mood again.

I now feel I have the groove back again. What is the groove? Well the need and the want to post, and be active of course. Why do you think I barely post on HBM anymore, not because it's a bad site, but because I lost the groovve there. Why? Because after writing paragraphs I only got one sentence in return....

So why would I be a good admin? Well for one I find myself mature. I only find myself losing my temper I few tiimes, the last time I did was actually quite recently on HBM, but that's another matter. Now I also feel like I'm a good role model, like I posted on my other form. How you know I ppost well, and such, and that is good for the newer members to see. Also, I'm dedicated, and helpfull. I.E. if we get a site plot going I'll be active getting thhings rolling and on track.

So on another note I feel like talking on how this site got my posting groove on. Well it was mostly, because just recently you put on the posting rule, and that made me happy and excited to post on here once more.

Also I feel that I would be a good admin, because I feel I'm a likeable guy. I hope I am. I don't see to many people being angry with me so yeah.
