Hydrokinetic (measured by volume nad mass controlling. If it's small like a few drops, she'd get a buzz in her head. A big bottle full and she'll get a headache.
She can stay dry underwater (mental thing)
She can talk to marine life (mental)
Flaws (At least three):
- Over-complicates things sometimes.
- Scared of needles, fire and rejection.

Shan walked around, bored. She stood completely still and frowned. Then caried on. "I see you," she said to her fish in the tank. Fred and George reared their heads from inside hte castle. "I don't care if we're playing hide and seek. I'm bored."
Shan stared at them. "You guys are weird..."
She plopped down on her bunk and started to read a book by Terry Pratchett.Biography(at least 4 sentences):
Shan was raised in Wales (land of leeks xD) by her mother. Claire had been a navy brat and travelled the world. Claire taught Shan how to speak so Shan's accent doesn't sound all that Welsh. Shan wants to be a journalist one day. She went to school and tried to get good grades for her ambition. Until a trip to the seaside went horribly wrong and Shan was pulled into the sea by a kraken. She fought it and was transported via ship to Long Island Sound to Camp Half-blood.
